Ford has trained leadership from top companies like Great American Financial Resources to the US Air Force and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior to FSH consulting, Ford built a sports apparel company into a publically listed $300M business with manufacturing plants in USA, Japan, China and Israel.
Ford and his wife of 37 years, Sandra, live in the USA. They are the parents of three adult daughters.
